Through the contact form on this website and through correspondence with the practice, the following personal data may be collected:

- Type of legal matter

This website does not automatically collect identification data (e.g. analytics) without your consent.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is used exclusively for:
- Responding to your enquiry and communicating with you
- Providing legal services if you instruct the practice
- Fulfilling statutory obligations applicable to law offices
Legal basis for processing: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for contact form submissions; performance of a contract(Art. 6(1)(b)) where a legal instruction exists; and compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for statutory record-keeping.
4. Retention Period
Data related to an active legal instruction is retained for as long as required by applicable law (including applicable limitation periods). Data from enquiries that do not result in an instruction is deleted within twelve (12) months of the last contact, unless another legal ground for retention applies.
5. Recipients
Your data is not shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for the performance of your legal matter (e.g. courts, opposing parties, public authorities). Any such transfer is made within the limits of the law and professional ethics. No transfers to countries outside the EEA take place.
6. Your Rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Greek law, you have the following rights:
- Access: to receive a copy of data held about you
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure: to request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to statutory conditions

- Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
